Brentford striker Scott Hogan made a dream return to action following an 18-month injury nightmare.
The striker, who has been sidelined since August 2014 after requiring two cruciate operations, made his long-awaited return for the Bees' development squad on Monday afternoon.
And the 23-year-old did not take long to make an impact, scoring the opening goal against Crystal Palace after just seven minutes.
Hogan lasted an hour of the 2-2 draw, and afterwards he wrote on Twitter: "18 months later..... That didn't half feel good...."
The former Rochdale forward, who was making only his second appearance for the Bees when the original injury struck, will now attempt to build up his fitness in order to play some part in the Championship run-in.
