The 19-year-old Moncur, the son of former Swindon and West Ham midfielder John, made his Orient debut in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat to Luton in September.
Moncur also came off the bench in the 6-1 FA Cup victory over Staines in November, but Orient player-manager Kevin Nolan has now allowed him to leave the Matchroom Stadium to gain first-team experience.
The Orient website said Moncur has joined Wingate and Finchley in time to feature in their Ryman League Cup semi-final at Kingstonian on Monday night.
